Victory in Toxic Tort Case

The United States District Court in Toledo has awarded summary judgment and dismissed a toxic tort case against the Toledo Public Schools. Judge Jack Zouhary accepted our arguments that a tort claim could not be established as a matter of law, and that the claims were barred by political subdivision immunity, Teresa Grigsby, a partner in our litigation section, defended TPS in this case.
